In the heart of Prince George’s County, EBED Community Improvement Inc was founded in 1998 by Rhonda Graham and Tawanna Bynum after they were called to help those in need. As a non-profit agency supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities , EBED offers a variety of programs to match specific needs of participants and their families.

Our Company seeks to ensure consistency of quality care with integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. At EBED, a Hebrew term for “servant”, we believe in the level of care and compassion we provide to those who are “different” but able.
